Helical nozzles Resistors

Tubular resistors for hot runner nozzles. Manufactured in AISI 321 INOX with a square section of 3.3 m/m. They can be supplied with a built-in thermocouple. This type of resistance can be supplied with a stainless steel overflange or outer jacket. With Allen screw fastening, in any diameter and length. They can withstand up to 40 W x Cm2 and a maximum working temperature of 700” C. The connection cables are protected by a 1 meter long flexible metal tube. Of the main advantages of this type of resistance, it is worth highlighting its minimal space, it is protected against any external harmful agent, it facilitates assembly on the nozzle and, finally, it has a built-in thermocouple (optional thermocouple). Common applications: Its ability to be cold formed, mechanically or manually, allows the heating of very diverse parts, being especially used in heating injection nozzles in the plastics industry. Other applications: Mechanical industry. Packaging industry. Railway (frost protection in wagon couplings).
